| Wholemeal Mee Soya Noodle |
Nowadays, more and more food are getting healthier. More and more food are going wholemeal, multigrain, more food with higher fibres are coming up. This is the first time I saw a wholemeal mee soya noodle. My dad bought it from Malaysia. The taste is similar to the wholemeal bread. Similarly, the noodle has brown visible grains just like a wholemeal bread.
So what can you do to this noodle? Of cos, cook it like a normal soup noodles. Cook it just like how you cook yang chun mian? Mee Rubus? Or any other noodles that you would like.

| 1. Cut the carrot | 2. Pluck the Shanghai Green vegetables |
3. Add in vegetarian mock meat into the pot of water.
4. Add in the mee soya when the water is boiling.
5. Add in the necessary seasoning or use mushroom seasoning.
